Personally I have always had a deep mistrust about the actual capabilities and knowledge of IT personnel as a whole (as you may have gathered from our early conversations). For decades prior to us doing business I had always found that IT individuals when sorting a problem for us seemed to inevitably get to a point where the final suggestion (without any reasoning or logic) was to “reboot the computer”.
Thankfully SIREC, and you in particular, have changed that perception and actually provide a service whereby you give detailed explanations Of any issues and proposed remedial actions in a language that we understand.
We have also found that SIREC have always given options on proposed improvements and upgrades to our systems with detailed explanations which allow us to make commercially viable decisions.
